New tasktype: Take off to landing via best 3 points calculated from the tracklog

Description

Or more generic:

Task should have n turnpoints where at least turnpoint 1 and n is fixed (set before take off).

The others turnpoints is calculated from the tracklog as those points giving the best possible distance.

If not reaching turnpoint n, half the distance missing from reaching it is subtracted from the distance given.
