CompeGps waypoints file to be readable in FS or GpsDump

Description

Very many do have waypoint files for their usual competition sites ready in CompeGps. It would be helpful for new users of FS if FS could read the CompeGps waypoint file format. Even better if CompeGps could read it, then new waypoint file could be written in the FS format.

CompeGPS can save waypoints as GPX files, which can be read by GpsDump and saved as FS compatible WPT files again. I realize it would be nice to read the CompeGPS generated files directly, but I wanted to point out this workaround.

CompeGPS Competition version 6.1.b does write the GPX files as it was the WPT files. No difference between the GPX or WPT files, so it must be an error in this version (at least). So this workaround does not work in latest and last competition version.

OK, I remember doing it in 6.1.j which was the bugfix final version :-) Anyway, it's possible that Stein Sørensen can implement this in GpsDump, I'll forward the request...
