Barometric Altitude

Hi There,

I posted a ticket but no one seems interested in replying, thought I’d try here as well.
Currently, I’m trying to implement an online airspace checker. Due to the CIVL decision on baro altitude it would be advantageous to have the ability to check the this along side gps altitude. Hopefully using know surface elevations from the lat long position.
Does any one have a formula to calculate accurate baro altitude from an IGC ?

Is it possible someone here responsible for the coding of FS could be kind enough to share the script or formula that’s used to convert relative baro altitude recorded in the IGC file to baro alt referenced/converted to QNH ?
