I have some question.
Was the new version FS 2014 R1.3 used for this Championships?
If so, I can’t find how to(where) set semi circle.
Is the bonus_gr (=4) for Stopped task bonus glide ratio ?
They don’t use final_glide_decelerator.
I see Altitude bonus/penalty fator just one number.
If it is 5, means 0.5s/m?
Could anyone please tell me?

“Was the new version FS 2014 R1.3 used for this Championships?” – yes, originally, and then once we fixed, an interim version (R1.4). We just officially released R1.5, with a couple more bug fixes.
“If so, I can’t find how to(where) set semi circle.” No need to set it: For PG comps, if you chose a goal line, the line is implicitly extend to the semi circle behind the goal line, and anybody entering that semi circle is considered in goal. This is built into the GAP 2014 formula.

“They don’t use final_glide_decelerator. ” Correct, the use of final glide decelerators has been suspended after the European Championships.

just option goal_line OK ?” As mentioned above, by picking a goal line (“goal_line” in the FSDB), you implicitly use the semi circle if you use GAP2014 and have set the competition to be a paragliding competition.
