<p>Shortly at a hangglider contest two pilots crossed the goal physically together. But one was scored with 4 seconds ahead of the other. We at Flytec are aware of this problem. There are several reasons for that. One is the static precision of the GPS system overall, the other is the fact that older GPS modules like our GH-80/81 have filtering on the position. Now my question. How does FS calculate the time of the goal line crossing in case of different recording intervals?
