When I set the starting cylinder radius of 60 km, task correctly displayed in FSFlight, but the results were calculated incorrect(as if radius is equal to 20 km). Ie in the calculation is not possible to establish the radius of the cylinder more than 20 km.

Indeed a bug :-(

If one use filtering (under Tools > Options) then, from the beginning of the tracklog, FS will look for the first tracklogpoint that is less than 20km away from the first tp in the task.

However it fails to consider the radius of the turnpoint.

Normally first turnpoint is the take off and the radius here is normally a lot less than 20km so it is usually not an issue.

Attached to this ticket is a zip with v 1.2.13.2 of FsTaskFlight?.dll which should take care of this issue.

There will be an update to FS soon including this. Maybe next week while I'm at the Nordic in Slovenia. Seems it is going to rain a lot :-(

I think the take off is a waypoint you should always be on the task. If it is not the distance will be computed differently for the same task. In the case of this ticket is peude see the difference.

"Attached to this ticket is a zip with v 1.2.13.2 of FsTaskFlight??.dll which should take care of this issue." It does not work :-) Now all participants receiving the same distance - 60 km, even if they have not crossed the start cylinder.

Please use the unmodified FS and add as a waypoint take of .. example: use ASK-1 waypoint radius of 400 meters .. not to use the waypoint to take involves reducing the distance of real competition Sorry my bad english

Uncheck the "Ignore missing tracklogpoints inside first turnpoint ..." box under Tools > Options.

(This option is there because, at least in the past, some pilots might have turned on the gps a bit late and not have tracklogpoints inside the cylinder of the take off turnpoint).

Also, as Rafa says, one really should use a tp covering the take off (if it is required to take off from more or less the same place).

This way one do get the "correct" task distance.

FS do allow for some creative task setting but it does not mean it will always make sense.
