Ticket #63 (closed defect: fixed)
"secret" errormargin of 2 seconds not entirely working for pilot finishing speedsection

Description (last modified by ste) (diff)
From Mark Graham:
I have a pilot 84 in task 3 is 2 seconds early at the SS turnpoint.
He gets distance points (goal) but no time points. Is this
correct? I have seen it in Compe that he only scores distance
to the start line and not to goal.
You found a "feature" and a bug of FS/GAP.
In the flight check procedure there is a hardcoded "secret" errormargin of 2 seconds when checking tracklog-points against turnpoint open/close times.
So for pilot 84 in task 3 he get a valid crossing of the SS tp even if he is 2 seconds early.
The started_ss attribute of the FsFlightData element is set to 12:59:58. This is his actual crossing time. Due to this the scoring formula get a bit of trouble since it does not know about the 2 second error-margin and he has a SS time earlier than allowed 13:00:00 which was the open time of the SS turnpoint.
In this case the started_ss should've been set to 13:00:00 and then the scoring formula would give the pilot full points for distance and time.
