Ticket #67 (closed defect: fixed)
Goal line does not work when tp prior to goal line tp is at same position

(Reported by Brian Harris)
The reason for this is that FS look at the line leading to the goal-line turnpoint from the previous turnpoint in order to work out the two points defining the goal-line. When the previous turnpoint has the same position as the goal-line turnpoint it is not possible to work out how to create the goal-line.
This is not really a defect but rather a result of not defining the task logically.
Using a goal-line means end of speedsection (ES) is when crossing the goal-line. Hence having a turnpoint cylinder at the same position as the goal-line turnpoint makes no sense (I think?). What would be the purpose?
We will change FS so that it will look at a previous turnpoint not having the same position as the goal-line turnpoint.
