By just making the tp a pilot get 6km bonus compared to the other pilot landing at the same place but just missing the edge of the tp circle.
FS handles this "correctly" by using the shortest distance needed to fly a task, rather than the distance via the center of each turnpoint.

Note: results, when using current FS to process fsdb created with earlier versions, might be slightly different from official results due to improvments in distance calc. and fixing errors for some special cases.
