We just released FS 2019 R1.3. This version adds the PWC2019 scoring formula, adds a number of improvements that should make score keepers’ lives easier, and fixes a few bugs.
Most of the work in this release was done by two volunteers: Vitaly Umansky and Phil de Joux.
