Scoring an elapsed time speedrun with groundstart I faced the problem, that I would have needed to enter manual start times. Using a small SS-cylinder (100 m)around start didn’t work because some GPS (especially Aircotec XC- Trainer) startet flight recording some seconds after the pilot was airborne actually – so no points within SS- cylinder and opening time of ss assigned.
We did a "work around" by increasing SS- Cylinder.

Also manual editing would have been necessary for pilots who reached ES and also virtual Goalline, but were short a few meters for physical goal line. (FS didn’t recognize, that they carried the glider across the line).
We kept one eye closed ;-)

So how and where can I enter manually correct values for Starttime, landing point or goal time (in case when clock-stopped Goal time doesn`t match interpolated time from tracklog).
Would be nice if this can be done via context menue in FS.

How does this affect calculations (LC, distance, time points, ..)?

Btw: what’s the use of the small checkbox [tg] in the right upper corner of task view?

Thanks for Help.

You can enter the correct values for ESS:
right click on the pilot, DID FLY SET “DF” ..
    Patching the time ..
I got no difference LEADING POINT.
can assign arrival in goal, making the total distance of the task.
Please make some classifications and then says, thank you.

    forgive my bad English

Thanks for bringing light to the darkness 😉

I didn’t find this menue, thought that Set Did Fly (DF)(distance=0 – min dist.) .. is only used for assigning min. distance to pilots without tracklog.

Suggestion rename menue item to Set Did Fly (DF)(edit flight)

Problem still is that when adding start time manually because of no tracklog points within SS, the pilot doesn’t get leading points.

Also when correcting to reached ESS but not GOAL by subtracting the missing meters from flight distance, the leading points get lost for this pilot and change for all others.

    Regards,
    Andreas

P.S. any idea what the tg- checkbox is used for
