Some people may argue, that this behaviour violates fair competition. Example situation: weather conditions are tricky, and they stabilise at the end of task. The last pilots are in advantage.

I am in favor of special option for this new behaviour. My reasons:
1. the present (old) behaviour is predictable for scorekeeper (the same behaviour for all turnpoints)
2. the option explicitly provides the information about behaviour (important for pilots)
