We just released FS 2026 R1.2. This version fixes a number of bugs that crept into FS over the last 2 releases, most notably a window size problem that made the OK and Cancel buttons invisible in the task editor on some computers.

I would want to back “Open Distance”, with only one Waypoint/Turnpoint. For XC competition we don’t use SSS, ESS and Goal.
Think about to add again Open Distance with result in Distance.
Hello Welson, thank you for your feedback. FS is CIVL’s official scoring tool for XC competitions. Open Distance is no longer used in CIVL competitions, that’s why we decided to remove it from FS, rather than spending time and money on maintaining it.
But maybe we can add it as a separate scoring formula, which would be much easier to maintain. How do you score those competitions? Purely based on distance flown? Timing does not play any role?
